About The Position

A Kolter Hospitality Food & Beverage Supervisor delivers service excellence to guests and ensures they receive a courteous, professional and efficient experience. This position is responsible for overseeing the operation and staff of the Restaurant and Bar to maintain the highest level of standards. _____________________________________________________________________________________

Requirements

  • Able to work most weekends and holidays.
  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
  • Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer.
  • Previous food and beverage experience.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling

Nice To Haves

  • Experience overseeing/directing a team a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift.
  • Ensure physical environment and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation and ensure team members are trained and adhere to SOP.
  • Monitor food quality and service level.
  • Monitor payroll and revenue.
  • Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests.
  • Assist in inventory control.
  • Maintain service standards.
  • Cover all positions in the restaurant, and bar when necessary.
  • Ensure that associates comply with tip-reporting requirements, uniform and service guidelines, and other policies and procedures.
  • Report any items in need of repair.
  • Follow all safety procedures while working.
