About The Position
Supervise a small front of house team to deliver an exceptional and consistent dining experience in a world-class tech company, in both our cafe and snack pantries Liaise with stakeholders and clients to coordinate high profile catering events from end to end Work closely as a team with our talented chefs to ensure smooth operations Assist with ordering and adhering to budget Conduct daily safety and line checks to maintain the highest standard of food/allergen safety Bringing the Compass Group vision and values to life in everything you do
Requirements
- Strong ability to build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, team members, and diverse stakeholders
- Exceptionally warm & professional hospitality skills
- Experience supervising and developing successful teams within the hospitality industry
- Experience coordinating high profile catering events
- Sound understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements desired
- RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certificates required
Nice To Haves
- Barista skills highly desirable
