Requirements

Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor will be required for this role
Understanding of Food safety and HACCP
Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
Must be able to work autonomously
RSA qualified
A current National Police Check and full working rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position

Nice To Haves

Barista skills and knowledge preferred
efficient in Microsoft office preferred

Responsibilities

Direction and leadership of the onsite F&B team
Working efficiently and able to adapt to changing circumstances
Manage bookings, event setup/pack down, deliveries, orders, stock control, down and cleaning duties
Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms
Engage with clients and customers
Respond to any guests (internal or external) enquiries
Assist with daily admin duties, efficient in Microsoft office preferred
