This role is responsible for the successful coordination of functions, including client (internal and external) liasion, dining operations and function marketing materials. Monday-Friday day shifts with occasional evening and weekend shifts. THE POSITION Supervise daily food and beverage service across dining areas and events. Lead and support a team of catering staff to ensure high service standards. Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards. Liaise with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
