Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista/cook/supervisor
• Previous experience as a shift lead.
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Restuarant and/or coffee shop experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations by delegating tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring smooth workflow during peak and downtime.
• Oversee administrative duties, including payroll, sales reporting, and daily team communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking and serving orders, and addressing concerns with tact and professionalism.
• Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining menu knowledge, accommodating dietary preferences, and promoting current offers.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and manage inventory for food and beverage supplies.
• Prepare and serve beverages, food items, and assist with food prep tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, complying with safety and sanitation standards.
• Support team members with deliveries, stocking, and following established service procedures.
• Other Duties as required
