Lead shift operations by delegating tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring smooth workflow during peak and downtime. Oversee administrative duties, including payroll, sales reporting, and daily team communication. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking and serving orders, and addressing concerns with tact and professionalism. Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining menu knowledge, accommodating dietary preferences, and promoting current offers. Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and manage inventory for food and beverage supplies. Prepare and serve beverages, food items, and assist with food prep tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, complying with safety and sanitation standards. Support team members with deliveries, stocking, and following established service procedures. Other Duties as required What You Bring: Previous experience as a barista/cook/supervisor Previous experience as a shift lead. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a barista/cook/supervisor
  • Previous experience as a shift lead.
  • High School Diploma or GED
