The Food & Beverage Intern – Project Management role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the administrative, operational, and project coordination functions that support Kohler Hospitality’s Food & Beverage division. This internship focuses on understanding how systems, communication, training, events, and financial processes operate behind the scenes to support seamless guest experiences across multiple outlets. The intern will partner closely with Food & Beverage leadership and support teams to assist with recurring operational workflows, documentation, scheduling, and special projects. This role is ideal for a student pursuing hospitality management, business, project management, or operations who is interested in learning how complex hospitality organizations function beyond day-to-day service execution.
