Requirements
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and pricing strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and guest preferences.
- Manage and train food and beverage staff to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and budgets to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints regarding food and beverage services.
