The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality and service. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Manage and train food and beverage staff to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and special events.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints regarding food and beverage services.
