We're seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager for our Banquet & Catering operation, Seven Restaurant, Syn Restaurant, and Rooftop Bar, located within the sophisticated dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott® and Residence Inn in Reston. Requirements

  • Passionate Leader: Someone with a love for hospitality, food, and wine, who can inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Experience: Previous leadership experience in banquets & catering is a must.
  • Dynamic and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or bar is preferred.
