Job Description Summary JOB OVERVIEW: Assist in managing the Food and Beverage operations of the hotel, to ensure the achievement of established F&B quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. The F&B Manager’s primary role will be to manage and ensure the success of all Banquet events, while maintaining profitable operation and high-quality products and service levels. They will also monitor the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department and provide support and guidance to fellow Outlet and Culinary personnel when needed. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
