A Food and Beverage Team Member is Guest service focused and provides exceptional service in the F&B Department. Exceptional Guest service entails being fast and efficient while still maintaining safety, being Texas-friendly, being accurate, and having great personal integrity and responsibility. As a Cashier you are responsible for accepting payment for food items from the Guest and ensuring that register totals are accurate, delivering a Texas Friendly Howdy greeting, up-selling targeted items, and extending a positive departing comment is always expected. Runners may be required to greet the Guests, take orders, and prepare food for their final presentation. Cashiers will work in indoor locations, in outdoor carts, and at refill stations as needed. Team members are required to exemplify the 5 Moment Making Keys and deliver on the mission of Making Moments Worth Repeating All Summer Long.
