About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage / Banquet Manager to lead our diverse hospitality outlets, including Banquets, Pour Taproom Restaurant, The Placery Lounge, and Market. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service. - Maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs, optimizing operational efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to continually improve sales revenues across Restaurant, Lounge, Market, and Banquet services to meet or exceed financial targets. - Direct and organize the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure high-quality food and service standards. - Lead, motivate, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth. - Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. - Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Maintain a strong focus on guest experience, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including banquet, restaurant, lounge, and retail settings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial data.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
