About The Position
Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage Department. As a Supervisor of Food and Beverage, you will be a key leader in our venue, responsible for the day-to-day execution of operations. You'll ensure our excellent service standards are met and that every product served is of the highest quality. This role involves providing direct leadership to staff, training new team members, and contributing to a positive work environment. You will also get hands-on experience with the financial aspects of running a venue, including managing inventory and scheduling.
