This includes managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.

Requirements

Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, and organizational abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety, alcohol safety and sanitation regulations
Must have experience in a supervisory role within restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service.
2+ years of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department.
Train and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure quality service is provided to guests.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure that all guest feedback is received throughout the dining experience.
Ensure all staff is adhering to local food and beverage liquor board guidelines.
