The individual ensures professional work and supports the food and beverage department as well as other departments on the resort. This role involves daily monitoring and processing of incoming orders, managing inventory, receiving goods from vendors, and maintaining storeroom cleanliness and safety standards. The clerk is also responsible for tracking invoices, reporting out-of-stock items, and interacting positively with the public and fellow employees.
