Come grow your career with Eurest.Job SummaryThe Food and Beverage Manger will oversee day to day Beverage & Snack Operations to include Kitchenettes, Coffee and Juice bar locations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills.
Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff.
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft. Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
ServSafe Certification.
Knowledgeable of Inventory, ordering, and invoice processing.
Knowledge of Budgetary and accounting.
Supervisor, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong Multitasking and communication skills.
HR experience (managing HR expectations)
Requires standing & walking a minimum of 50% of the shift.
May require lifting if up to 25 pounds.
Ability to traverse all parts of the campus quickly

Responsibilities

All Coffee Bar, Juice Bar, & Kitchenette Operations
Menu, and product management
Invoice, PAR sheets, and Financial accountability
HR duties for Beverage team. while maintaining a strong relationship with the union
Emphasis in wellness and zero waste management
