The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our management team! This position will report to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and will oversee the Pendulum 401 Restaurant and Pratt & Perk Cafe & Market. This individual will help lead a team of 10-15 front of the house team members per shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years food and beverage leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills. Prior hotel leadership experience and union knowledge are highly preferred. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounges, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
