The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for their next Senior Sales Manager to join their team. The hotel is neatly situated near Baltimore’s scenic Inner Harbor, and adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Directly linked to over a million additional square feet of space by covered pedestrian sky bridge to the Baltimore Convention Center. This property features 757 guestrooms and over 100,000 square feet of meeting space with their largest room being 26,712 square feet. Our ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in hotel group sales, specifically in large hotel sales, and demonstrate a strong track record of motivation and performance. We’re looking for someone who shows solid tenure in both current and past positions, reflecting reliability and commitment. The right individual will be driven to exceed goals, build lasting client relationships, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment. Additionally, experience in-market with the SMERF segment, Southeast Association, and Corporate Market is highly preferred.
