About The Position

Train and oversee Front of House team members, maintain and enforce all service standards using use records, menus and appropriate reference materials. Always comply with Peachtree Hospitality Management standards and policies to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Responsible for all collateral Food and Beverage day-to-day running and administration matters. Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef. Process weekly tip reporting and provide support to all Food and Beverage departments. Maintain up-to-date BEO menu books. Coordinate Food and Beverage meetings and produce minutes. Produce weekly schedules for all (FOH) restaurant team members. Maintain stationary supplies & proper filing systems. Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Delphi or similar programs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Clear, positive, energetic communication skills.
  • Long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to meet standards of appearance
  • Medium work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to be on your feet throughout the entire shift.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1-2 years in a hotel or restaurant required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
