About The Position

NDM Hospitality is excited to introduce Pine Royale, a brand-new property opening in Callahan, FL. As a family-owned hospitality company that began in Food & Beverage and is now expanding into vacation rentals, we are redefining the guest experience. Our mission is to create identifiable, reliable brands that offer the comfort of a vacation home with the consistency and service of a world-class resort. We're building our opening team and seeking a Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about leadership, service excellence, and helping launch a new hospitality destination. The Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in the successful operation of all resort outlets at Pine Royale. This leader ensures exceptional food and beverage quality, outstanding guest service, and achievement of departmental revenue and profit goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supervising food & beverage teams of 20+ employees
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Self‑motivated with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs, multitask, and make quick decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for teaching, training, and developing others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong independent judgment and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to lift 25–100 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Ability to work in sunlight, extreme temperatures, and wet/humid conditions
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage all food & beverage cost of goods and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure departmental budget goals are met
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory processes
  • Support the Director in setting goals, strategies, procedures, and policies
  • Complete staff scheduling and manage overtime
  • Perform HR functions including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and training
  • Partner with Leads and Certified Trainers to ensure effective new hire onboarding
  • Complete monthly food & beverage inventory counts and data entry
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure team compliance with uniform standards
  • Lift and move up to 25 lbs.; stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage
