About The Position

The Hilton Americas-Houston - Hilton's "Award of Excellence" 8 years running - is searching for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team! Our 1,207 room AAA Four-Diamond hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Houston, Hilton Americas-Houston is connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via two indoor skywalks. This beautiful property boasts 91,000 square feet of banquet space, and multiple food and beverage outlets. This includes 1600 Bar & Grille, Starbucks, Lobby Bar, In Room Dining, and our 24 Executive Rooftop Lounge. We are looking for an individual with a passion for food & beverage and providing exceptional service! At least 2 years of food & beverage management in a high volume setting is a must. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who is passionate about mentoring others and creating a culture of excellence and positivity. This position directs and organizes the activities of 4 major outlets to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Requirements
