With 1,544 guest rooms and suites, 234,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this opportunity is the next step to grow you career. The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader, able to build processes and procedures while providing mentorship to the team. Experience with bars, restaurants, and events, union team members, and change management along with 4-5 years of assistant or director level experience will round out our next Director of Food and Beverage.
