Job Summary: The Food and Beverage Attendant provides high-quality service to members and guests at our exclusive poolside snack bar. This role involves preparing and serving food items, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a delightful experience for all.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained upon hire).
  • Food Handler’s Permit required or willingness to obtain.
  • This seasonal position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Hours vary based on seasonal demands, with longer shifts during summer peak periods and shorter shifts as the season winds down

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food preparation and customer service preferred.
  • Prior food service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders with accuracy.
  • Prepare and serve menu items such as sandwiches, salads, and snacks following established recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and snack bar areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring food levels.
  • Handle POS transactions and manage payments efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during busy hours.
