About The Position

The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Attendant for Melbourne THE POSITION: Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style. Provide a high-level food and beverage service at a variety of sites and locations. Fine dining experience preferred. Ensuring the boardrooms are set up correctly within a timely fashion. Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation. Liaise with all team members, including chefs to access requirements for the day.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of F&B experience required.
• 5 star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges. Highly regarded.
• You’ll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
• The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• You’ll have great energy, a flexible approach and immaculate presentation.
• A valid RSA

Nice To Haves
