FOH Supervisor/Manager on Duty
About The Position
Join the Pizza Lucé family to create and serve Minnesota's best pizzas in a fun and unique environment. This role is an hourly supervisor position within the management team. As a manager on duty, you will lead staff to provide excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Supervisors typically work a combination of supervisory shifts and shifts in their regular hourly role (e.g., Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.). Schedule flexibility is needed, as hourly supervisors typically work 3 closing shifts per week, with additional supervisor shifts available to cover manager absences/vacations, events, and meetings. This is an active, hands-on role offering opportunities to develop skills and advance to a manager in training (RM or KM) role. Pizza Lucé has been serving pizza, hoagies, salads, vegan, and gluten-free items in Minnesota since 1993, starting as a small pizzeria and growing to nine full-service restaurants. The company is dedicated to food quality, guest service, a quality work environment, and supporting the community and local arts and music. Requirements

- Established Positive Rapport with Staff, Customers, and Management
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of restaurant experience including demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations
- 1+ years of previous supervisory experience (includes supervisory experience with other companies and/or other industries)
