About The Position

Join the Pizza Lucé family as an hourly supervisor, partnering with the management team to lead staff in providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves a combination of supervisory shifts and shifts in regular hourly roles such as Server, Support, Phones, Driver, or Cook. Schedule flexibility is essential, typically including 2-3 closing shifts per week, with additional shifts available to cover manager absences, vacations, events, and meetings. This hands-on position offers significant opportunities for skill development and advancement to a manager-in-training role. Pizza Lucé, established in 1993, is known for serving award-winning pizzas, hoagies, salads, and diverse vegan and gluten-free options across nine full-service restaurants in the Twin Cities and Duluth. Requirements

Demonstrated positivity and leadership qualities
Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for food quality and guest service
Established Positive Rapport with Staff, Customers, and Management
1+ years of restaurant experience including demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations
1+ years of previous supervisory experience (includes supervisory experience with other companies and/or other industries)

Responsibilities

Lead staff to provide excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for customers
Partner with the management team at the store
Work a combination of supervisory shifts and shifts in regular hourly roles (e.g., Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.)
Cover manager absences/vacations, events, and meetings
