You’ll lead national sales efforts for Flourish Checking, QDS’s reward-based checking program, driving both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing client relationships. You’ll own the full sales cycle, operate with autonomy, and play a key role in shaping how Flourish Checking shows up in the market. The Flourish Checking Sales Director is responsible for the national growth of Flourish Checking. This is a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on: New logo acquisition (“hunter” role) with banks and credit unions, and Driving adoption and expansion of Flourish Checking within existing QDS client relationships. You’ll serve as the primary evangelist for Flourish Checking, owning the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through close—while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure long-term success. This role can be based near any major U.S. city with convenient access to a major airport.
