About The Position

Walters Wedding Estates in partnership with The Design Haus, is looking for candidates with great attitudes and work ethics to join our Wedding Floral Production team! Our team is rapidly growing, and this position provides a great entry level opportunity to grow your floral design career with us. On average we will be producing 5-10+ weddings per weekend

Requirements

Floral Design Experience 2years
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Punctuality and reliability are a MUST.
Must be able to lift at least 40+ pounds throughout the day.
Must be able to get on and off a ladder.

Nice To Haves

Being bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Event Design Work and installations
Floral processing
Cleaning, prepping buckets, inventory, supplies
Loading, delivering, and unloading of weddings/events to include breaking down of events.
