A better career for you. Creating medical technology for all. We are seeking a dedicated Silk Screen Team Member to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for manual silk-screening operations, and working closely with other functional areas including receiving, kitting, paintline, engineering, assembly, and fabrication. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork matter, we’d love to hear from you! Shift Available: First Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in silk screening, with experience in metal silk screening preferred
  • Must be able to interpret product routings, bill of materials, and drawings

Nice To Haves

  • Material handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including consistent and proper use of required PPE.
  • Set up silkscreen equipment, fixtures, and materials in accordance with production schedules and engineering drawings.
  • Create and prepare screens using approved artwork files and customer specifications
  • Mix inks to precise color standards to meet customer and quality requirements.
  • Perform manual silkscreening operations to blueprint and work instruction specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and traceability records.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement (Lean) opportunities within the silkscreen process.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining silkscreen work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work area.
  • Support training of new team members as skills and experience develop.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production objectives.
