Requirements

Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
One to three years related experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; flooring, home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
Moderate physical demands required. Flooring Sales Specialists are required to stand for prolonged periods of time and will occasionally have to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Product knowledge of our vast, quality-manufactured assortment of hard and soft flooring surfaces

Our unique customer focused sales solution approach
Processing sales quotes, measuring jobs and final orders
Comprehensive follow up on product deliveries and/or installations
Introduction to ordering customized flooring
Sales Specialists participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas.
