Requirements
- Brings expertise in three or more table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps)
- Possesses a high school diploma or GED
- Has at least 2 years of prior relevant experience in casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Thrives in a team-oriented, guest-first environment and loves being in the heart of the action
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire dealers to deliver accurate, high-energy games and superior guest experiences
- Monitor table activity and guest volume, making real-time decisions to ensure efficient game flow
- Oversee table game accounting and safeguard the integrity of all transactions and equipment
- Confirm accuracy of game documentation and uphold all regulatory procedures
- Manage chip bank levels and prepare for high-stakes play when necessary
- Serve as a trusted point of escalation for any unusual activity, high-limit action, or concerns on the floor
