About The Position

The Table Games Floor Supervisor oversees the operation of assigned table games areas to ensure excellent guest service, adherence to gaming regulations, protection of casino assets, and efficient game performance. This role supervises dealers, resolves guest issues, monitors game integrity, and ensures compliance with all internal controls and state gaming regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a State Gaming License.
  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations, internal controls, and casino floor operations.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Golden Nugget brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise multiple table games to ensure game integrity, proper dealing procedures, and compliance with all gaming regulations.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, responding to questions, and resolving disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Observe dealer performance, offering coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed to maintain accuracy and pace of play.
  • Verify payouts and handle escalated transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
  • Protect company assets by identifying unusual or suspicious activity and reporting promptly to management and surveillance.
  • Maintain table limits, fill/credit paperwork, and pit documentation in compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist with training new dealers and support ongoing employee development.
  • Monitor table game performance and player ratings, ensuring accurate player tracking and effective communication with the player development team.
  • Communicate effectively with shift management, surveillance, dealers, and security to support smooth operations.
  • Promote a positive work environment that upholds Golden Nugget values and guest service standards.
