About The Position

Cedar Creek Motorsports is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Floor Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Cedarburg, WI. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage daily sales floor operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop sales staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure product availability.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
