Belong is seeking a Sales Floor Operations Manager to help scale a fast-growing, high-velocity B2C sales organization without sacrificing execution quality. This is a hybrid role combining Sales Floor Management and Sales Operations / Revenue Operations ownership. Itâs designed for an operator who thrives in the middle of action â someone who can enforce standards, bring structure, and translate strategy into daily execution. Youâll work extremely closely with Sales Leadership, acting as the operational backbone of the sales floor. This role is critical to ensuring discipline, data integrity, and repeatable performance as we continue to scale. This is not a passive or purely strategic role. Itâs hands-on, execution-driven, and central to how we build a scalable, high-performing sales engine.
