Responsibilities

  • Model the way for excellent guest service demonstrating a standard of excellence
  • Perform the Manager on Duty shift in front of house/concierge desk, demonstrating a high level of care for all guests
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to assess client survey feedback and formulate a follow-up action plan.
  • Ensure our concierge team is well integrated into milk + honey and build strong relationships
  • Participate in setting retail goals for staff and creating contests and motivation to support retail goals.
  • Ensure that retail shelves are dusted and stocked, provide daily motivation for the team including role-playing retail sales scenarios with Concierge to ensure goals are met.
  • Assess the level of guest service being provided at the front desk, deliver continuous coaching to elevate and enhance the experience
  • Support and drive brand loyalty and repeat guests through membership sign ups
  • Support inventory process as it relates to placing orders, checking in purchase orders for back bar supplies and retail products, maintaining product standards and organization in the retail space, merchandising retail space, and completing monthly inventory counts with the Operations Manager or General Manager.
  • Display a professional attitude and maintain composure; provide the team with a positive and motivating work environment and lead by example.
  • Work closely with Leadership to ensure spa and salon protocols and company standards are maintained
  • Contribute to positive morale and support location leadership in educating concierge teams to uphold strong communication, a high level of guest experience, and reduce client friction.
  • Work with leadership to conduct and manage monthly inventory processes
