Job Summary The Floor Care Technician focuses on Infection Control and Prevention by providing proper cleaning and sanitation throughout the hospital and assigned site campuses Reports to: Supervisor, Environmental Services Job Specific Responsibilities Daily assignments may include but are not limited to: • Ensure hospital quality cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas • Staff development through ongoing training (one-on-one), • Perform area inspections to evaluate and monitor quality performance, efficiency, customer satisfaction and infection control standards. • Maintain current area specific records for supply/equipment and inventory control. • Perform and complete all other housekeeping and linen distribution duties assigned, including but not limited to cleaning occupied and non- occupied rooms • All other assigned duties related to Environmental Services
