About The Position

Ovation Communities is seeking a Floor Care Technician to clean and maintain walking surfaces, including but not limited to carpets of all types, vinyl floors, ceramic and other type tiles and surfaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in commercial floor care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Works alone or with other staff as needed
• Answers all radio calls promptly related to floor maintenance.
• Maintain and clean all floors as scheduled.
• Maintain all floor care equipment in as new condition.
• Learn and understand how equipment works.
• Learn and understand manufacturer recommendations for cleaning and maintaining floors.
