Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent is preferred
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred
- Experience in deep cleaning upholstery, carpet care, and waxing floors is preferred
- Experience using professional commercial pressure washing equipment
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have high standards of cleanliness
- Must conduct yourself in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida and departmental policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of cleaning equipment used for floor care and maintenance such as scrubbers, burnishing machine, carpet extractors and vacuums cleaners.
- Handles floor care, stripped and wax, carpet cleaning and shampoo, marble cleaning and polishing, upholstery cleaning.
- Moving tables and chairs as require.
- Prioritize and coordinate with other workers as needed to complete floor care work within the overall scope of multi-trade projects.
- Assist supervisor in the training of new employees in proper floor care methods and procedures.
- Tags equipment for repairs and advise supervisor.
- Maintenance and cleaning equipment.
- Performs Floor Attendant job duties if needed
- Follows all safety requirements and procedure require for the position.
