About The Position
Were looking for a hands-on Floor Assistant to support our Shift Manager and help keep production running smoothly. This role oversees injection molding machines, supports setups, troubleshoots basic issues, and ensures safety and quality standards are met. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and growing in manufacturing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred
- Forklift experience (or ability to be certified)
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing leadership or team lead experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setups (color/material changes, hot stamping)
- Monitor production and support operators as needed
- Troubleshoot basic machine/process issues
- Maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards
- Complete production paperwork and support shift transitions
