A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEPOSIT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / BANK TELLER As a Bank Teller, you are the initial contact for our customers. You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our customers. With professionalism, you process transactions and solve problems, as well as provide information about the banking services we offer. You process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with efficiency and accuracy. You also have opportunities to use your product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers. During each shift, you assist with the proper scanning of bank documents and proof of work. You take pride in contributing to our success by treating our customers as people, not numbers!
