About The Position
The Floater / Healthcare Support Associate provides coverage in various departments and facilities depending on daily needs. You’ll have guaranteed 4-hour shifts (with potential for more) and gain valuable, diverse experience in the healthcare field.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Fill temporary assignments
- Patient transport or escort
- Front desk / guest services
- Environmental or facility support
- Valet or parking services
- Administrative or clerical assistance
- Report on time and be ready to work a full 4-hour minimum shift
- Maintain excellent customer service and patient care standards
- Follow safety, confidentiality, and infection control procedures
- Communicate effectively with MHS dispatch and on-site supervisors
- Adapt quickly to new environments and job tasks
