They are seeking an experienced Float Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver flexible, high-quality care across their North Jersey locations, including Clifton, Fair Lawn and West Orange, NJ. This position may also provide coverage at select sites throughout New York and New Jersey. The position is scheduled for 24 hours per week and requires flexibility to provide Saturday coverage as needed (8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.). Marathon Health emphasizes a balance-focused approach with smaller patient panel sizes, more time with patients (20 to 60-minute appointments), a strong focus on prevention, wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks. Success is measured by health outcomes, not patient volume and billing. As a Marathon Health provider, you practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license, offering holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education.
