We are seeking an experienced Float Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver flexible, high-quality care across our North Jersey and Midtown Manhattan locations. This position may also provide coverage at select sites throughout New York and New Jersey. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across a varied schedule, making it a great fit for clinicians seeking flexibility and diverse clinical experiences. The position is scheduled for 24 hours per week. Requirements

  • Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
  • This position is a Float role and requires travel to other locations within the state and/or region.

Nice To Haves

  • Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
  • Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
  • Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver flexible, high-quality care across North Jersey and Midtown Manhattan locations, and potentially at select sites throughout New York and New Jersey.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across a varied schedule.
  • Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license.
  • Offer wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education to your patients.
  • Remain a flexible schedule and be available to cover shifts for absent teammate members as well as position vacancies, at a moment’s notice.
  • Travel to various locations when needed, potentially within the same state, or in multiple states.
  • Adapt to various work settings.
  • Collaborate with different teams in diverse settings.
  • Ensure continuity of work processes and procedures and ensure consistency with follow-through and/or transitioning tasks when needed.
