About The Position

As a Flights Bartender, you will leverage your 2+ years of experience in a bar or similar environment to craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the bar's cleanliness and inventory. Your knowledge of menu items and liquor brands will enhance the guest experience, allowing you to create memorable moments with every interaction. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Able and willing to work Part-Time schedule, 8hrs shifts/2-3 shifts per week including weekends and holidays. Hours of Operations are: Wed-Thurs 4pm-11pm, Friday 4pm-1am, Saturday 11am-1am and Sunday 11am-11pm.
• Two (2) years of Bartending experience in a bar or similar environment is preferred
• Knowledgeable of menu items, including mixture and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment

Responsibilities

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Manage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels meet internal controls and requesting products as needed.
• Ring up beverages, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures while preparing daily reports.
• Provide training and mentoring for Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters.
• Address guest complaints within your authority, referring complex issues to management as necessary.
