About The Position

Operate private jets in accordance with flight plans and FAA regulations, executing all phases of flight from takeoff to landing with precision. Conduct thorough checks of engines, fuel, navigation systems, and safety equipment, ensuring aircraft weight and balance are within limits. Assess and adjust flight plans based on changing weather conditions and use cockpit instruments and visual references to navigate safely. Provide exceptional client service, address passenger needs, and maintain confidentiality. Be prepared to perform necessary emergency actions if required. Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep aircraft in optimal condition and maintain accurate flight logs, maintenance records, and incident reports. Attend regular training to stay current on aviation technology, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine and instrument ratings
• Minimum 3–5 years as a commercial or private jet pilot
• Strong navigational skills, decision-making under pressure, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to pass FAA medical standards and meet health requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field is preferred
