Responsible for reconfirmations of hotel and travel accommodations for Crewmembers and provides support to the Scheduling department. Monitor daily operational flight activities. Ensure Ground Transportation and Hotels are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmed, based on rolling schedule Implement corrective action, as necessary, if ground transportation fails to show or flights are on a rolling delay Communicate information about transportation or hotel reservation changes to affected stations, vendors, and departments within the GCC and Hotel Connections Serve as a liaison between the Manager on Duty (MOD), Crew Scheduling, and the Travel and Hotel departments Handle high volume of communications, i.e., phone and email traffic, while providing professional customer service
