Set up, troubleshoot, and maintaining flexographic printing, bag converting, sheeting, and laminating machinery to produce paper packaging. First and second shift Hours: 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm. Monday – Friday Good work history required. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience preferred in setting up and troubleshooting converting/printing machinery or similar processes.Experience preferred with large rolls of paper or plastic.Knowledge and use of various hand tools assigned including tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches, etc. Good verbal and written skills required. Basic Math required.Maintain a safe working environment on production lines.Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and troubleshoot flexographic printing and converting machinery. Monitor and keep machine supplied with paper, glue, and ink. Inspect product to ensure materials, size, print, quantities.Keep the work area clean. WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.Fast-paced production floor with exposure to machinery noise. TRAINING: Must complete ongoing training as required. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
