About The Position

Join a high-performing print team in Brooklyn Park, MN and run state-of-the-art narrow-web flexographic equipment to produce exceptional labels and printed materials. Monitor output, adjust settings, and verify quality at each stage. Perform preventative maintenance and resolve mechanical issues quickly. Work closely with production to meet deadlines and throughput targets. Maintain precise production records and raise issues promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards from start to finish. Shifts 2nd Shift: 2pm – 12 a.m., 4 days per week. 4-crew schedule: 12-hour shifts rotating every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week; 6pm – 6am.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in printing is a plus.
• Background as a Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator or similar capacity.
• Deep understanding of narrow web flexographic processes and machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out routine maintenance.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Strong communicator and dependable team player.
