We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Flex Team Member to join our janitorial team in Chapel Hill, NC! This role supports multiple sites as needed, helping keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual ⏱️
• Able to work independently or as part of a team 🤝
• Attention to detail 👀
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift light to moderate items

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experience a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms 🚻
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies as needed 🧻
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures
• Provide coverage at various locations as assigned
