This is a temporary role. The Manager, Topline Analytics focuses on continent portfolio performance management; by enabling organizations with opportunity finding and risk mitigation across all topline areas of sales, marketing, and revenue management. The Manager provides in-depth analytical support on factors impacting performance, new business logic as the environment changes and plays a role in discipline initiatives by participating in the process development, testing, and sharing learnings. This role provides market and business context for the demand trends impacting the portfolio. The manager is forward focused, anticipating potential changes in demand trends and their implications to our sales, marketing, and pricing efforts. The analysis may involve using existing tools, or pulling custom data from various Marriott systems and manipulating it to provide insight that answers key business questions.
